STAUF SPU 570 – The safest way of bonding parquet
The STAUF SPU 570 has similar strength values as a 2-component PU adhesive. It is especially good at keeping large wooden floors (10:1 and wider) in shape. It is now suitable for bonds which were previously only feasible using shear-resistant 1-component and 2-component PU adhesives.
However the STAUF SPU 570 can also be used uncompromisingly for all other solid or multilayer types of parquet flooring.
The right degree of elasticity ensures an absolutely solid bond with the subfloor, even where changes occur to the room climate. Moreover the STAUF SPU 570 has no adverse interaction with any STAUF parquet sealants/varnishes, mastic asphalt or existing subfloors.
NO CHANCE FOR RESIDUAL MOISTURE
To attain the moisture-retarding barrier effect of the adhesive, apply several coats using notched trowel no. 12.
WITHOUT ANY PLASTICIZING INGREDIENTS
The STAUF SPU 570 solvent-free adhesive for parquet flooring is not subject to mandatory labelling nor does it contain any sensitising substances. It makes a valuable contribution to
workplace hygiene and reduction of emissions.
