In this role, you are the central link between the customer, sales, and internal departments. • You are the first point of contact for our customers via telephone and email. • You answer questions about products, orders, and delivery times, and help find solutions if something is not going as planned. • You advise customers on the applications of our products. • You support our account managers, for example with quotations, order follow-up, and customer information. • You perform administrative tasks in a front-office team with several colleagues. • Actively contribute ideas for improvements in working methods and processes – do you see a smarter or easier way? Then we would love to hear about it! You have a (completed) MBO+ education. It is a plus if you already have some relevant work experience, but this is not an absolute must. In this position, it is important that you are proactive, take initiative, and can work independently after an onboarding period. You are stress-resistant, learn quickly, and can make connections between customer inquiries and orders. Additionally, you have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written. Do you have experience with Navision or a similar ERP system? That is a plus.
