InCoDa & Interieur Carrière join forces on Interior Designer's Day
GORINCHEM – On the final day of InCoDa, Tuesday 23 September – Interior Designer Day – professional event InCoDa and Interieur Carrière are joining forces for an inspiring afternoon full of new materials, networking, knowledge and inspiration. From an interactive Job Wall and a circular design competition to a cozy connect & drinks moment and a panel discussion on attracting and retaining top talent. Especially for interior professionals who are serious about their careers.
Attention designers, makers and students!
Especially for InCoDa and Interieur Carrière, expert Robert-Willem Dol has developed the design competition ‘Beyond Circular: the circular product of the future’. In this competition, design talents are challenged to create a regenerative product – a design that gives back more than it takes. Think of a chair that stores CO₂, a lamp that generates energy for the neighbourhood or a bio-based interior item that helps restore ecosystems.
From today, you can submit your idea or design and get the chance to win a free presentation space at professional event InCoDa. Both established designers and students or recent graduates can take part and showcase their concept to a wide professional audience. The selected winners will present their design during InCoDa on 21, 22 and 23 September 2025.
Interior Designer Day programme
Especially for stylists, interior architects and project furnishers, the programme of InCoDa’s Interieur Festival on Tuesday 23 September focuses on the interior designer. A day full of talks and masterclasses about, among other things:
- The power of good lighting in interior design
- AI tool WooPremium helps you focus on your craft
- Sustainable design
- And a round-table discussion: ‘From employees to ambassadors – the power of referral recruitment’.
The round-table discussion is led by Michael Boud, referral and recruitment specialist who, as one of the few in the Netherlands, guarantees 30% more applicants. He shares his proven approach and talks with guests at the table about how to find good staff through your own network – something many interior businesses struggle with.
