Diamond sanding
Diamond sanding can be done completely dust-free. The floor can be processed immediately after treatment by dust-free sanding. This technique is used for sanding away bumps and uneven surfaces (without sanding sheets) of existing or new cured frayed concrete floors. Diamond sanding can be applied to floors that: - Are too coarse; - Have high seams; - Are burned; - Are polluted or rainy. Some advantaged of diamond sanding: - No blasting and damage; - Minimum inconvenience during work; - No cleaning costs thanks to dust-free sanding; - Better planning possible through the verifiable process. Diamond sanders are equipped with special sanding units for the conditions in which they have to perform. Extraction systems are available in various capacities and are tailored to the sanding machines used. Both the sanding machines and the extraction systems can operate with their own power supply so that almost every work is possible at almost every location.

Blasting
We use dust-free blasting for floors which need roughening and cleaning of hard surfaces such as concrete, steel and plastic. Applications of Dust-free blasting We use dust-free blasting for various purposes: - Roughening, where there is a surface magnification for better adhesion - Roughening, as a final finish for an anti-slip layer - Removal of contamination such as on cementitious surfaces, sludge skin or layer of sludge. For metal substrates dust-free blasting is ideal for removing rust, coating or mill scale. Benefits of blasting Did you know that blasting surfaces has many advantages? Scuffing
The scuffing of floors is applied to hard surfaces. In addition, milling is a popular technique in preparation for the installation of floor heating. Thanks to the use of cutters, your surface will look like new again. Some advantages of drum milling and eccentric milling: - No blasting and damage; - Minimum inconvenience during work; - No cleaning costs thanks to dust-free sanding; - Better planning possible through the verifiable process. There are various milling techniques that we use, depending on the situation and the needs of the customer: Drum milling: with drum milling it is possible to remove up to 10 millimeters from the surface in one pass. This technique is also dust-free, which reduces the inconvenience during work and after-cleaning Eccentric milling: eccentric milling is very suitable for removing both hard and flexible top layers with minimal damage or damage. In addition, this milling technique takes existing surfaces into account Chisel milling: chisel milling is the best technique for the heavier milling work. The milling head of the machine is equipped with small chisels that work the top layer of concrete without any problem Concrete milling: concrete milling requires a special approach. With our special milling machines we can prepare the floor for different purposes. Industrial floor repairs
With industrial floors, matters such as safety, comfort and productivity of the industrial floor are paramount. An industrial floor is designed to withstand heavy loads. When an industrial floor is damaged, this also has consequences for the work that is carried out in the room where the floor is located. Machines, materials and goods can be damaged, but physical injury can also be the result of a damaged floor. We specialize in repairing concrete surfaces and the associated transitions and horizontal dilatations. Floor repair with mineral cementitious products A completely new floor may seem the only costly solution. At Egalizer we offer you a professional alternative. We are the specialist when it comes to industrial floor repair. Removing an existing floor finish First we remove the top layer by stripping or demolishing it. Stripping includes floors such as carpet (tiles), vinyl, PVC, parquet, marmoleum, linoleum, colivinyl tiles and sports floors. When demolishing, you should think of removing harder floor finishes, such as sand cement screeds, natural stone, tile floors, cable trays, natural stone and other hard finishes. We sand, plan, mill or irradiate the floor with very small balls, so that the top layer disappears. Almost all our equipment has an extraction facility, so that we can do this dust-free or even completely dust-free. After removing the top layer, we apply a primer. An industrial leveling layer is then applied to the floor. Depending on what repair is needed and in which location, we will determine which material is most suitable for this. Our strongest industrial leveling mortar This is a cementitious, mineral, fast-curing polymer modified industrial floor for layer thicknesses from 4 to 30 mm, CT-C40-F8AR0.5. Application: - Suitable for indoor and outdoor use; - For parking garages; - In sales areas; - For new construction and restoration of storage areas and production halls; In composite on mineral surface.

Restore flatness
Nowadays there are certain flatness standards that (company) floors must meet. The flatness requirement is also increasing. This is, for example, because we use increasingly efficient and faster machines and warehouses are increasingly fuller with higher racks. But these requirements are also very important in non-residential construction. Moreover, not every contractor lays every floor equally flat and tight. After all, a sand cement floor is installed with human hands, with the result that deviations can occur. Specialist in flat floors within flatness standards At Egalizer we work according to the standards of, NEN-2747-1, NOC * NSF DIN 15815, and so on. For example, the NOC * NSF standard applies to sports floors. This standard applies, for example, that irregularities of more than 3 mm are not permitted. The subfloor must be completely load-bearing on the construction floor. When there is adhesion between the subfloor and the construction floor, it must be fully adhesive to prevent moisture from entering. The NEN-2472-1 standard is divided into classes 1 to 7. For screeds, standard class 3 is used. A deviation of 6-10 mm on a length of 2 meters is possible. Floor renovation for parquet
Every floor is unique. When your customer wants new parquet, it is custom work. A flat and smooth parquet underlay is a must. Leveling the subfloor on which this parquet will be laid is therefore also specialist customization. At Egalizer we remove the old floor and prepare the subfloor for the new parquet floor. We completely remove the old top layer. Then we inspect the subfloor. The protruding nails and the like are first removed from a wooden subfloor. Moving parts are secured with screws. Then the leveling of the subfloor starts. First we apply a primer layer. We then use fiber-reinforced leveling mortar for a wooden subfloor. Curing of this leveling layer takes an average of 3 mm per 24 hours and of course also depends on the ambient temperature. With a concrete cement floor, we use various special products that are intended for leveling medium to heavily loaded floors indoors. We pump this mortar in mechanically or we do it manually. The biggest advantages of this mortar is that it is very durable, hardens quickly (and the floor can therefore be used again quickly!), Level itself and is shrink and tension-resistant (so it can also be used again quickly!), levels itself and is shrink and stress-free. Parquet is an expensive type of floor. It is durable and gives a warm look to the interior. A herringbone pattern is one of the most popular patterns today. This pattern is usually completely glued to the subfloor with a special adhesive. When installing more expensive floors, such as parquet, it is therefore essential that the subfloor is flat. We do this by working with renowned brands from different suppliers who supply us with the leveling mortar and repair mortars and then we (Equalizer) process with the right machines.

Floor renovation for tiles
Egalizer is your specialist when it comes to floor renovation for tiles. Tiling is precision work. The surface must be super tight and flat for this. We ensure that the floor is level after renovation, so that the tiles can be laid tightly. We start with making the subfloor dust-free. We do this very carefully. Then we apply the primer. This primer is usually a primer with a grain of sand to create a rough surface. The leveling compound will then be able to bond better. Apply equalization After the primer, we start leveling the floor on which the tiles will be placed, by applying a thick layer of leveling compound. We usually do this by machine. We do this manually in small spaces. Leveling existing tile floor We can also level a floor with existing tiles. The process is then approximately the same. The tile floor is provided with a thick layer of smoothing compound, creating a smooth floor over which tiling can be performed. Drying the leveling layer The leveling layer should dry for about 24 hours. With a very thick layer, the drying time is of course longer and depending on the ambient temperature. Floor leveling

Dilations in screeds
Drying of the mortar and differences in temperature cause stress to the construction floor. The shrinkage mainly occurs in concrete structures. This is always a problem with a pour, plaster or tile floor during the finish. To compensate for this, we place different profiles which often remain visible in the finish. Dilations are special separations that are deliberately placed in the construction. In fact, the construction is given room to expand and contract. During the design and construction, a good dilation plan must be drawn up in advance to prevent damage to the floor in the future. It is also necessary to take into account adhesive and non-adhesive finishing floors. We are the specialist when it comes to responsible dilation and ensure that the risk of cracks in the finishing floor is kept to a minimum.
