Any early build-up is subject to availability and can only be arranged upon request. Please contact Event Services in advance for the options. If you are placing large equipment at your stand, please check the logistics section.
On the first day of the event, no further build-up activities are allowed. Only small materials can be placed at the stand in the morning via the exhibitor entrance (using trolleys) or the visitor entrance (without trolleys). All loading doors will remain closed. Activities that could dirty the stand and/or fair, such as painting, sawing, etc., are not allowed on this day.

Delivering materials
Delivery/shipping of materials for your stand is only possible during the specified build-up and event days. Delivery prior to these dates is not possible. We do not sign for receipt, so make sure someone is present to sign for delivery.

Heavy and large equipment at the stand
Any equipment larger/wider than 2.5 meters and/or heavier than 2.5 tons must be registered in advance with Event Services. Based on the stand location, Event Services will determine the delivery sequence in an entry schedule.
If large equipment is not registered in advance, you risk not being able to place it at the stand. Please send the specifications of the equipment, stand name, stand number, and event name to eventservices@easyfairs.com.
Forklift service
Easyfairs provides free forklift service for deliveries of small materials up to 2 meters and a maximum of 2 tons during regular build-up and dismantling days (not during any early build-up).
It is not possible to reserve a time slot for the free forklift service.
On-site, you can approach the forklift driver wearing the yellow vest. This service is provided in the order of registration with the driver. Therefore, you may have to wait until you are assisted.
Delivery of materials larger than 2 meters and heavier than 2.5 tons is only possible for a fee and must be requested in advance through Event Services.
Storage
Reserve storage space for packaging via the webshop.
Acces for exhibitors
- During all event days, the loading doors will be closed.
- During build-up, no access passes are required.
- Stand personnel must be pre-registered to gain access during the event.
- The minimum age during build-up is 16 years.
- Pets, except for guide dogs, are not allowed.
Parking
During build-up, dismantling, and throughout the event, the parking lot of the Evenementenhal Gorinchem is available. Parking during build-up is free.
Green vehicles are allowed. Red vehicles are not allowed.
Camping is always prohibited in our parking lot.

Exhibitor desk
The exhibitor desk is located at the exhibitor entrance during the build-up. If you have any questions or comments about your stand or orders, you can go to the exhibitor desk for assistance.

Onsite additional orders
If you would like to place an additional order, you can do so at the exhibitor desk. Please note that not all webshop items can be ordered onsite, and that delivery of all pre-ordered webshop items will always take priority.
Pick up exhibitor badges and vouchers
Avoid long queues. Register your stand personnel in advance via My Easyfairs and pick up your exhibitor badges, catering vouchers, and parking tickets at the exhibitor reception. The vouchers and badges can be collected at the following times:
