Access & stand personnel

Below you will find all important information about access to the event during build-up, dismantling, and the event days themselves. Make sure you are well-prepared and follow all access rules.

Stand personnel

Pre-register your stand personnel via My Easyfairs (Manage Stand – Stand Personnel – Manage Personnel). During build-up, you can pick up the badges at the exhibitor reception using the barcode.

Catering vouchers

All exhibitors receive 2 catering vouchers per event day, which provide access to the exhibitor restaurant. Any additional catering vouchers can be ordered in the webshop. The catering vouchers and any extra ordered vouchers can be picked up at the exhibitor reception on the last build-up day and the first event day.

Exhibitor restaurant opening hours:
Lunch: 12:00 – 14:00
Pick-up lunch boxes: 12:00 – 14:00

Parking tickets

All exhibitors receive 2 parking tickets per event day, which allow free exit. If you need additional parking tickets, you can order them in advance through the webshop or on-site at the parking machine. The parking tickets and any extra ordered tickets can be picked up at the exhibitor reception on the last build-up day and the first event day.

Accessibility

By car

Gorinchem junction (A27/A15) towards Nijmegen (A15). Exit Gorinchem-East (exit 28). Turn left at the traffic lights and follow the dynamic signage.

Parking

There are 2,200 parking spaces around Evenementenhal Gorinchem, where you can park your vehicle for €11,- per day. Coming by bike? You will also find a free bicycle parking area on the parking lot.

Public transportation

Evenementenhal Gorinchem is easily accessible by public transport. From Gorinchem station, you can take bus line 387. Get off at the nearest stop, Griendweg, and it's just an 8-minute walk to Evenementenhal Gorinchem.
