With regards to insurance and liability, we have established the following within Easyfairs.
Stand insurance
Easyfairs offers a collective stand insurance, which exhibitors can join at an attractive rate. For any questions regarding the collective stand insurance, please refer to: www.inevexco.co.uk.

Welding on the stand
Gas canisters
- Only a working stock is allowed on the exhibition floor, meaning one bottle that is secured to prevent it from tipping over.
- The remaining stock must be stored in a ventilated, locked space separate from the building, at least 15 meters away from the premises.
- At the end of each exhibition day, the valves on the cylinders must be turned off.
Protection
- Workstations must be properly shielded from visitors with a partition made of hard plastic or glass. Visitors should not be able to come into contact with heated parts or open flames.
- The floor must also be protected, for example, with a rubber mat.
- It is mandatory to have a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket at the stand.
- Demonstrations must be conducted by trained personnel.
- Electric welding fume extraction is required.
