Specifications
If you have ordered print materials, please ensure that you submit the designs on time. Check the deadlines for when the designs must be submitted and see the specifications below for submission.
Seamless prints
The fabrics of seamless prints are the property of the exhibitor (except for the frame). If you wish to keep the fabric after the event, it must be taken immediately after the last day of the exhibition. The fabric can be easily removed from the frame by pulling on the small loop at the bottom corner.
Fabrics left in the frames for an hour after the last day of the event will be removed and sent for recycling, and will no longer be available for collection.
Submitting print files:
Graphic files can be uploaded to our event uploader. After placing an order, you will receive a direct link and more information about uploading the files by email.

Printed stand panels
Printed stand panels can be taken by the exhibitor after the event, except for the frame. If you wish to take the panels with you, please inform the exhibitor reception or Event Services before the end of the first exhibition day. The panels must be taken immediately after the event ends. Unfortunately, there is no storage option available for the panels.
If it is not indicated before the end of the first exhibition day that you wish to take the stand panels, they will be recycled immediately after the event.
Other printed material
The specifications for other printed materials such as All-in Plus banners, printed frieze panels, Easy Eyecatchers prints, counter stickers, etc., will be provided after ordering the desired product.
All banners, printed fabrics, and panels can be taken by the exhibitor after the event, except for the frame. If you wish to take the prints with you, please inform the exhibitor reception or Event Services before the end of the first exhibition day. The prints must be taken immediately after the last exhibition day. The dismantling will be carried out by Easyfairs and/or the relevant supplier. Unfortunately, there is no storage option available for the printed materials.
If it is not indicated before the end of the first exhibition day that you wish to take the printed materials, they will be removed and recycled immediately after the event.
