ATLAS WALLCOVERINGS N.V. is a small but very flexible wallcovering designer and manufacturer based in Belgium with production facilities in a few countries. Our customers appreciate our creativity which benefits them in terms of turnover and repeat custom.
Walls have the power to change environments, how they look, how they work, how they feel. Our aim is to make better walls for our customers. Better walls make better environments. At our studio, we take the creation of wallcoverings seriously, which isn’t to say we don’t have fun doing it.
Our aim is to make better walls for our customers….. This doesn’t only mean creating great wallcoverings. It means investing in quality, stock and service. As a family concern, we work on the basis of being small enough to care for all our customers and to meet their requirements. We listen. We work hard. We brim with new ideas.
We can help you too, to improve your wallcovering sales and this in 2 different ways:
1. Our “AV Design Studio” range. This brand is launched January 2011 and is situated on top level for designing and product type. In this range we launch minimum 2 sparkling collections each year. Since 2022 we also add different type of products such as textile wallcoverings, ceramic wallcovering and mat brushed alu.
2. Our “Atlas Creation” brand collection with a broad range of choice for the most discerning customers. Also in this range we bring each year some new collections with new ideas.
All our products are printed using the gravure technique (helio) or rotary screen. Depending on the type of product, they are either “hot embossed” for vinyl or “embossed” for paper and for “paste the wall” product. Apart from the vinyl ranges we offer several collections printed on the best available non-woven substrates.
About 20 years ago we added the DIGITAL printing technology in our range. Also here we are capable to print on different widths and substrates.

Modern Art : Nothing good comes without a risk.’ In AV Design Studio we are not quite certain where we first heard that line, but it is repeated to ourselves many times as we navigated our way through the art world. All this art is created digitally, and the best way to describe it is that it’s sort of like digital quilting. Sometimes we begin with a photo, or collage of photos, and turn them into a digital painting. Sometimes we make assorted patterns and background designs, then cut pieces and put them together to create an image.
